About the Role
The Company is seeking a Business Development Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and expanding revenue within their assigned territory, with a focus on developing a deep understanding of client needs and educating internal stakeholders to increase market share. This role involves working closely with the Client Acquisition & Expansion Vice President to transition new clients and overseeing the customer life cycle to ensure organizational alignment. The BD VP will also be the primary liaison for talent solutions, engaging in job order generation, and expanding revenue for all accounts in their portfolio. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of experience in business development, with a proven track record of top performance. Internal experience as a top-performing Practice Director, Branch Director, or account manager in a staffing organization is highly valued. The role requires excellent collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills, particularly at the C-suite level. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask, manage large client portfolios, and travel as needed. Responsibilities include executing client road maps, conducting account reviews, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The BD VP will also be expected to understand the competitive landscape and work with field leaders to overcome revenue roadblocks.
