Mid-Market Account Executive

The Role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the full sales cycle for a mid-market segment, from first outreach through negotiation and expansion. Work with senior executive buyers and partner with customer success, sales operations and marketing to win new business and grow existing accounts.

What You'll Do

• Engage and sell to executive-level buyers, including C-suite, VP and Director contacts.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiation and expansion.
• Work alongside customer success to grow existing accounts in your portfolio.
• Represent the company at industry conferences across the US.
• Relay customer needs and feedback to product teams.
• Help sales operations and marketing build playbooks, processes and scripts as the business scales.
• Help attract strong talent to the sales team.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, with tenures of 2 to 3+ years in roles.
• A track record of carrying an annual SaaS quota of $800K or more and consistently meeting or exceeding it.
• Full-cycle ownership of deals from prospecting through close with C-suite buyers.
• Experience managing complex sales processes, including multi-threading and procurement.
• Experience displacing incumbent vendors in competitive deals.
• Willingness to work in the office 4 to 5 days per week.
• Willingness to travel about 40% to client sites.
