Responsibilities
- Set and implement technology strategy roadmaps for AI Native Drug Discovery platforms
- Partner with business leaders across therapeutics, data sciences, and other R&D functions to deliver solutions
- Design and deploy generative and agentic AI platforms, including LLM-powered applications and multi-agent workflows
- Drive technology stack decisions for scheduling, orchestration, infrastructure, and reproducibility
- Establish operational models and sustainable resource management for cloud-based solutions
Requirements
- Expertise in cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure infrastructure and deployment
- Experience architecting and implementing scalable, high-performance computing solutions
- Strong background in AI/ML platforms, containerization, and orchestration technologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead technology strategy and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Knowledge of generative AI, LLM applications, and agentic AI systems
- Experience with DevOps practices including monitoring, deployment, and configuration management
