Line of Business Engineering Data Analyst

Job Overview You will be the Line of Business Engineering Data Analyst for the F-35 Business Operations team, responsible for building and sustaining line-of-business performance dashboards that transform raw data into actionable insight. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-wide performance dashboards, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and ease of use for stakeholders. Aggregate and analyze data from project-management tools, financial systems, and operational databases to generate actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics, establish data-collection processes, and deliver clear reporting solutions. Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities, presenting findings in concise visualizations and executive briefings. Provide training and ongoing support to LoBE members on dashboard functionality and data-tool best practices. Qualifications STEM-related bachelor’s degree or higher. Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, dashboard development, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects. Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis. Program or Project Management experience. Earned Value Experience. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively. Interest in learning about program management processes and a willingness to contribute to cross-functional initiatives beyond traditional data analytics responsibilities. Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance to start. The facility requires special access. Work location: Onsite full-time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work schedule: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
