Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• KY PT License required. Compact license accepted.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• No call required.
• Coverage area includes Daviess, Ohio, McLean, Henderson, and Webster counties.
