Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately identify clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, ensuring therapy sessions are tailored to client needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions, revisiting and updating them based on clients' progress and feedback.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, carrying out risk assessments, and formulating safety plans when necessary.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that support client recovery and foster community connections.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards, which is essential for effective treatment continuity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
