Team Leader

Summary The Team Leader acts as a brand representative and supports the store management in delivering the Valentino client experience. This role drives individual and store sales performance, contributes to KPI achievement, and supports daily operations. The Team Leader also coaches and onboards client advisors while managing clienteling and after-sales situations. Responsibilities Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall store sales objectives. Understand and drive KPIs by linking client experience actions to conversion and average ticket. Develop and retain clients through in-store engagement, private appointments, and distance sales; support prospect recruitment and data acquisition. Maintain and convey deep product knowledge and storytelling for Valentino creations. Support operations including stock organization, product receiving and transfer, cycle counts, and documentation. Use company systems and tools (Smart XP, MY-V XP, PRISM, SAP, Training App, After Sales App) to execute store processes. Assist store management with CRM campaigns, conversion plans, VM setup, and sales partnership initiatives. Manage sensitive after-sales situations, returns, repairs, and client complaints when managers are absent. Requirements Proven experience in luxury retail or client-facing sales roles with a focus on clienteling and relationship development. Strong commercial awareness and ability to meet sales targets and KPIs. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to convey brand storytelling. Operational competence with stock management and retail systems (experience with SAP or similar systems preferred). Leadership skills with experience training, onboarding, and supporting store teams. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, able to handle escalations and after-sales service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
