Property Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Administration Associate to support loan documentation, loan closings, transaction processing, and ongoing credit administration activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with documentation, maintaining accuracy, and supporting both internal teams and clients in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Prepare and compile documentation for new and existing loan relationships Coordinate loan closing packages, disclosures, and supporting documentation Process loan transactions, payments, payoffs, draws, and modifications Maintain accurate loan records within the bank's systems Review loan files and transactions for accuracy and completeness Order appraisals, title work, credit reports, flood certifications, and UCC searches Obtain insurance certificates, financial statements, and tax returns from clients Communicate with customers, loan officers, attorneys, and internal departments Process collateral releases and maintain documentation compliance Support ongoing portfolio monitoring and reporting activities Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of experience in loan administration, banking operations, legal support, paralegal work, or a related field preferred Strong attention to detail and document management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and general business software Strong organizational and time management abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and customer service #J-18808-Ljbffr
