Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
- At least two years recent experience in nursing: Required
- EPIC experience: Required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care.
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and care issues.
- Develop and implement care plans, coordinating care delivery with other healthcare disciplines.
- Evaluate patient progress toward attaining outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective care.
- Provide health information and learning opportunities for patients and family members.

Compliance / Notes
Must comply with hospital fire and life safety regulations.
Emergency procedures and protocols must be followed as per facility policy.
