The Role We’re expanding our elite sales team that handles the constant stream of inbound leads across all three of our core divisions: Criminal/Traffic Defense, Personal Injury, and License Reinstatement. If you have crushed it in gym and fitness memberships, car sales, solar, home services, timeshare, insurance, mortgage, medical or dental sales, or any high-volume phone or floor sales role, you already have the skills that matter here. What You’ll Do Handle inbound leads (no cold calling) and convert them into paying clients Speak fluently in English and Spanish to connect fast and close faster Guide clients through the decision to hire us and commit on the first call Use Salesforce to manage leads, track KPIs, and improve performance Collaborate with leadership to refine scripts, strategies, and closing systems What You Bring Fluent in Spanish and English Proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment Strong closer with emotional intelligence and confidence over the phone Motivated by targets, commissions, and performance-based rewards Organized, coachable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume role Why Join Driver Defense Team Uncapped Commission – Top performers earn over $100,000 .
