Shift: 7:00AM 3:30PM Monday Friday

What's a typical day as Client Support Coordinator? You'll be:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on project status and handling inquiries with professionalism.
• Bridging communication between client inquiries, technical data management, and internal production teams.
• Maintaining accurate records of purchase orders and client specifications.
• Utilizing software systems to input, update, and audit project data with precision.
• Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meeting strict procurement deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction.
