What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and contractors by carrying out access control procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify identification and credentials document visitor activity and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business production areas parking locations and perimeter with attention to security-related conditions and unusual activity.
• Support vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow at access points communicate clearly with site personnel and complete required reports related to security-related events and observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
