Extruder Operator 2nd Shift

JOB DETAILS Base Pay $20.00 2nd Shift: 3 pm - 11:30 pm Monday-Friday DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Set up and support production equipment to meet daily production goals. Monitor equipment and help troubleshoot issues to keep production running smoothly. Work with team members to solve problems and improve processes. Perform equipment changeovers and basic maintenance tasks. Operate production equipment as needed. Train and support new and existing team members. Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Participate in continuous improvement and team projects. Complete required production documentation. Support other manufacturing activities as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Manufacturing, production, machine operation, or technician experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift. Experience with extrusion, plastics, or windows and doors manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
