The administrative associate assists the District 1 Court Services office in Elizabeth City, NC. This position is part of the Juvenile Justice Court Services team and is responsible for performing various office duties including:

• Communicating effectively both orally and written with internal and external stakeholders.
• Completion of data entry and reporting from NCJOIN and other electronic resources
• Maintain inventory and ordering supplies and equipment
• Sorting and handling office mail
• Prepare documents and reports for the office
• Providing assistance to staff and visitors and resolving problems and/or inquiries
• Serve as a Notary Public

Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences

NC02 Salary Range: $31,200-$51,249

Military Experience
