ENG- Manage strategic sourcing, recruiting, employment branding, and marketing campaigns while tracking results to demonstrate ROI and support investment decisions. Execute sourcing, recruitment branding, marketing, outreach, and social media strategies through collaboration with Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders.

#Education & Job Requirements

*High School Diploma or GED equivalent

*Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

*Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

#Job Duties & Functions

*Manage strategic sourcing, recruiting, and local employment branding and marketing campaigns

*Track success of branding, marketing, and sourcing efforts to demonstrate ROI and drive investment decisions

*Drive brand awareness and the candidate value proposition

*Perform sourcing for positions that are difficult to recruit for or require highly unique capabilities

*Deliver available, qualified sourcing pools for recruiters to screen talent and prepare slates

*Execute recruitment branding, marketing, outreach, and social media strategies

*Collaborate with stakeholders in Talent Acquisition, Talent & Organizational Capability, Communications and Community Relations, Corporate Talent Acquisition media and marketing, Workforce Strategy, and Compensation, as well as relevant external organizations

*Apply industry best practices and study other organizations’ sourcing, branding, and marketing practices

*Utilize Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project, and other software tools and solutions as needed

*Perform other duties as assigned
