Manufacturing Technician II - 1st shift

$21 - $22 per hour

Manufacturing Technician II supporting production operations in the Thick Film Department at Radiometer's New Brighton facility. Role involves ceramic substrate preparation, furnace operation, and adherence to detailed work procedures on a first-shift, on-site basis.

Responsibilities

Sand and clean fragile ceramic substrate boards according to specifications
Operate manual and automated high-temperature firing furnaces
Enter data into electronic routing systems as directed
Apply labels and perform wiping operations on production materials
Follow detailed work instructions and maintain quality standards

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Related manufacturing experience or equivalent education combination
Ability to read and follow written English work instructions
High attention to detail in task execution
Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
Semi-automated machine operation experience preferred

Compensation: $21–$22/hr, plus bonus/incentive pay eligibility
