The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and workflows to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Manage and mentor shop floor staff, including performance reviews and training.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of raw materials and supplies.
• Optimize shop layout and equipment utilization for maximum efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years experience in a supervisory or management role

• Experience with production scheduling and resource allocation
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles
