As a Community Employment & Outreach Specialist, you’ll empower individuals to discover their strengths, explore career opportunities, build community connections, and achieve meaningful employment goals. What You’ll Do Develop employment, volunteer, and community opportunities. Build relationships with local employers and community partners. Provide job coaching, onboarding, and workplace support. Promote independence, self-advocacy, and community inclusion. Support individuals in achieving their personal and professional goals. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Passion for helping others succeed. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and creatively solve problems. Experience in human services, workforce development, education, rehabilitation, or related fields preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Why NCIA?
