Salesforce Business Analyst

Erickson Senior Living, headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, is a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states. We develop and manage senior living communities and health services, achieving industry-leading customer satisfaction, high occupancy, and positive health outcomes. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues for over 1,000 users across multiple Salesforce products serving more than 22 senior living communities. You’ll attend daily stand‑up meetings, triage support tickets, maintain the application, and execute assigned project tasks. To thrive, you should have experience as a Salesforce Administrator supporting Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Digital Engagement, Agentforce, Omnivo (formerly Sumo) Scheduler, and a willingness to learn non‑Salesforce products such as Computer Telephony Integration & Vidyard. You’ll use Jira and Confluence for collaboration, and be familiar with Lean, Design Thinking, and requirements gathering. Job Summary Provide high‑level customer service by addressing user support issues. Update and create page layouts, fields, validation rules, flows, dashboards, and reports. Perform administrative tasks such as user management, security settings, and data management. Utilize Data Loader to bulk import and export data. Lead and execute the upgrade cycle, including testing, scheduling, and communication. Develop test plans, execute test cases, and ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards. Takes ownership of issues, drives resolution independently, and manages shifting priorities. Use Jira and Confluence efficiently. Apply Lean and Design Thinking principles while leading requirements gathering sessions. Compensation Commensurate with experience, starting at $90,000 to $100,000 annually.
