What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality neonatal or critical care as part of a 24/7/365 team.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and interventions.
  • Follow facility protocols and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
  • Support families with education and compassionate communication.
What You Need
Required:

  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
  • Certification in Neonatal or Critical Care nursing
  • Minimum 2 years experience in NICU or ICU settings
  • Ability to work onsite in Worcester, MA
Preferred:
  • Experience working in a high-acuity hospital setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
