Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to understand patients’ mental health needs, employing standardized tools for accurate evaluations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on short-term therapy and crisis intervention, catering to a variety of psychological concerns.

• Facilitate virtual therapy groups and workshops targeting emotional well-being, coping strategies, and personal development, fostering a supportive community of learners.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and specialists from various disciplines to ensure cohesive treatment strategies for patients, integrating mental health with overall health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse patient population encompassing individuals dealing with chronic pain, rehabilitation needs, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our patients rely on our team for not only psychological support but also as an integral component of their rehabilitation journey, making your role foundational to their overall healing process.

Qualifications\n

• Active state-issued license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Proficient understanding of mental health issues prevalent in varied populations, with insights into their unique needs and recovery processes.

• Excellent communication abilities to establish rapport with patients in a virtual setting and foster interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in short-term therapy and crisis intervention; training in digital therapy tools is a plus.

• Capacity to manage a dynamic caseload while remaining organized and responsive to patients’ needs.
