Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, using a strengths-based approach to inform cohesive treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Provide personalized individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate closely with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, empowering them as active participants in their mental health journey while closely monitoring their progress through regular reviews.

• Utilize our teletherapy options to reach clients who face mobility challenges or prefer virtual sessions, demonstrating flexibility and innovation in service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards by maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of clinical documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in continual professional development, attending training sessions and professional workshops to stay updated on the latest best practices in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n
