This position operates in a climate-controlled, remote office setting, allowing for flexibility and comfort while providing mental health services. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their mental health status, using established diagnostic tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Developing individualized care plans that address the unique needs and cultural backgrounds of each patient while continuously assessing their progress.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and treatment records to comply with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Collaboratively creating treatment objectives with patients and their families, focusing on achievable outcomes and appropriate interventions, all while ensuring safety and symptom management.

• Coordinating referrals and integrating services among various health care providers to ensure comprehensive care.

• Mentoring students and interns, and providing clinical supervision as requested to promote team development and collaboration.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:
