Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide effective clinical assessment and therapy to clients with symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in community settings and individual sessions.

• Conduct developmentally appropriate screenings and assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and present issues.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring engagement and participation from all involved parties.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment plans and ensure comprehensive service delivery.
\n
• Participate actively in crisis intervention efforts, providing timely support and intervention as necessary.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and assessment outcomes.
\n
• Provide on-call coverage as assigned, ensuring that clients can access support services at any time.
\n
• Engage in Quality Improvement committees and initiatives to enhance service delivery and improve overall client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily serve clients who often face barriers to accessing traditional mental health services, including those from low-income backgrounds, marginalized communities, and individuals experiencing homelessness. The role requires an individual who is empathetic, culturally competent, and driven to make a difference in the lives of individuals experiencing significant psychological distress.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Brookdale Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
