Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will:

• Provide individualized and couple therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of clients across all age groups.

• Manage approximately 40 hours of client interactions weekly, ensuring timely completion of documentation and record-keeping, while utilizing our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Collaborate with a billing service to handle client claims, account receivables, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on client care.

• Maintain an updated client calendar and effectively schedule ongoing appointments to ensure continuity of care.

• Demonstrate the flexibility to work with a broad spectrum of clinical presentations, implementing appropriate therapeutic strategies to facilitate healing and growth.

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals and couples from various backgrounds and age groups. You will work with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
