Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments of children, identifying their strengths and weaknesses to inform treatment strategies.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring services to meet the specific needs of each child and family.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor outcomes, ensuring the efficacy of our programs.

• Provide ongoing support to families, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to enhance their child's development and well-being.

• Administer standardized assessments to gather relevant data, ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations.

• Develop rapport with children, families, and fellow team members to create a healthy, supportive environment conducive to learning.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to Natural Learning Environment Practices in delivering services.
\n
• Implement the IFSP and adjust the frequency of services based on developmental milestones and family concerns.

• Deliver essential information, skills training, and emotional support to families, enhancing their ability to support their child's growth.

• Maintain high standards of health and safety for both clients and staff within all interactions and services provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will specifically focus on young children, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays, from birth to three years of age. Our Children’s Services are critical in teaching these children developmental skills, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication abilities. By providing targeted early intervention, you will contribute to drastically improving the developmental trajectory for these children and, consequently, their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure by the Department of Public Health, specifically as an LCSW.

• A valid driver's license to facilitate any required travel for client visits or training.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to various learning styles and methodologies to support children’s unique needs.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention programs, showcasing your familiarity with best practices in child development.

• Proven commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices in your approach.
