Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Wound Care - $63+ per visit

Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Wound Care – Permanent Staff – ongoing position in Lansdale, PA. Responsibilities See clients from hospital discharge through long‑term home care, ensuring safe, comfortable, independent, and dignified life. Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and comfort care. Conduct wound care consultations and provide oversight. Perform client assessments, provide education to patients and families, and monitor patients' conditions. Qualifications Active, current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania. Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (WOCN) certification required. At least one year of nursing experience. Prior home care experience strongly preferred (but not required). Ability to travel to patient cases as assigned.
