About Kintech Kintech Supply Chain Management (USA) is a Houston-based freight forwarding and supply chain company managing U.S. import/export logistics, customs and trade compliance, warehousing, and 3PL operations for international clients. We move cargo across ocean, air, and ground — and we keep our clients informed every step of the way. The Role We're looking for a detail-driven Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day execution of shipments from booking to delivery. You'll be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks — documents are clean, cargo is tracked, partners are coordinated, and clients are never surprised. What you'll do Coordinate end-to-end ocean, air, and ground shipments: bookings, documentation, and delivery follow-through Prepare and review import/export documents (Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, ISF) and coordinate customs entries with brokers Track in-transit cargo daily, maintain shipment status logs, and proactively flag and resolve delays Work with 3PL and warehouse partners on inbound receiving, inventory accuracy, relabeling, and urgent outbound Support trade compliance (HTS classification, AD/CVD awareness) alongside our customs brokers Communicate clearly with carriers, truckers, warehouses, and clients to keep everyone aligned What we're looking for 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain (internships and related experience considered) Working knowledge of import/export documentation and Incoterms Strong Excel skills and comfort managing data accurately under deadlinesHighly organized, responsive, and calm when things move fast Fluent English required Spanish required — you'll coordinate daily with carriers, truckers, and warehouse partners, many of whom operate in Spanish Mandarin Chinese is a plus — occasional coordination with our China-based team Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent hands‑on experience Why Kintech A lean, fast-moving team where your work has direct, visible impact Real ownership and room to grow into broader operations responsibility Benefits: Health Insurance, PTO, 401K, etc. How to apply Apply through LinkedIn or send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io.
