1st Shift Operator/Quality Technician | Wallisville

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 1st Shift Operator/Quality Technician | Wallisville to join their team. As a 1st Shift Operator/Quality Technician | Wallisville, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

Shift: First Shift | Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM some mandatory OT.

What's the Job?

• Execute material handling and blending activities to support continuous production flow
• Monitor and record production data, including material usage, lot tracking, and process issues
• Perform product testing and validate labeling, documentation, and sample accuracy
• Operate equipment and maintain clean, organized work areas across production and warehouse spaces
• Support cross-functional operations including packaging, shipping, and general plant upkeep

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent with strong math skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a laboratory or production environment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
