Accountant (on-site hybrid)

Staff Accountant Annual Compensation Range: $68,000 - $70,000 | Full-time, Benefit Eligible Profession: Accounts Payable & General Ledger / Healthcare Location: Hybrid – Greenville, SC (In Office Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday | Remote Monday & Friday) Travel: Infrequent travel may be required for conferences and continuing professional education opportunities. What You'll Do As an Accountant, you'll support the integrity and accuracy of our financial reporting by: Participating in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities Preparing and posting journal entries Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports Reconciling balance sheet accounts and resolving discrepancies Performing monthly bank reconciliations Reconciling corporate credit card activity Reviewing operating expenses and accounts payable transactions Reviewing employee expense reports for compliance with company policies and IRS regulations Supporting annual financial statement audits by preparing schedules, reports, and documentation Researching and applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Responding to accounting-related procedural questions Maintaining strong internal controls and safeguarding financial integrity Supporting additional accounting initiatives and projects as assigned What You'll Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university Minimum of 2 years of financial accounting experience Knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting principles Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs What We Offer - The Good Stuff A mission based company with an amazing company culture.
