Intern - Research - Inflammation - AI
$20 - $55 per hourGilead
Responsibilities
- Design and execute in vitro experiments investigating novel autoimmune disease targets
- Perform cell culture, biochemical assays, CRISPR gene editing, flow cytometry, and ELISA techniques
- Review published literature to inform research direction and experimental planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and present findings at project meetings
- Develop and deliver final presentation summarizing internship research outcomes
Requirements
- Currently enrolled full-time in Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, JD, or PhD program at accredited U.S. institution
- Minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA at time of application and hire
- Independent work authorization in the United States without sponsorship requirements
- Ability to commit to full-time 10-12 week internship between May and August
- Willing to work on-site in Foster City; hybrid arrangement required
- At least 18 years of age at internship start
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools preferred
Compensation: $20.00 - $55.00 hourly; actual compensation varies based on education level and location
