Lubrication TechnicianThe Lubrication Technician conducts oil and filter changes on automobiles.Core duties include:Conduct Oil and Filter ChangeRotate TiresReplace Wiper BladesReplace oil and air filtersReplace BatteriesOther duties may include:Aggressively and cheerfully perform or ensure performance of any and all activities necessary to improve and maintain the highest possible Dealership Customer Satisfaction level.Inspect all vehicles using the Express Lane Vehicle Check to perform an Exterior, under hood and Under Vehicle Check up.Perform other duties as assigned by managementPhysical qualifications:Ability to assist in snow removal on sales lot and vehicleAbility to lift 20 lbsMust have a tolerance to normal shop noise (tools, equipment, cars)Qualifications:High school education or equivalentKnowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.Valid driver's license and a good driving record.Manual dexterity.Good judgment.Must be willing to work on a SaturdayAbility to assist in snow removal on sales lot and vehiclesMust wear company supplied uniformMust serve on the safety committee when elected
