Strong communication skills are required. This role will require meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced business environment while evaluating progress to objectives and modifying or defining additional actions to achieve the desired improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong teamworking skills, ambition and the ability to work well under pressure.What You Will Do: Lead the Program Management Office (PMO) coordination with the P&W Product Delivery Center (PDC) on production delivery planning, status, risk identification, and recovery mitigation effortsSupport PDC to complete and document engines sales in support of production delivery executionLead regular coordination activity with Lockheed Martin to assess, communicate, and mitigate Air Vehicle Propulsion supportability risksCreate and update presentation material as required to status production deliveries to senior program leadershipDirect engagement with Joint Program Office and DCMA to support contract negotiations and delivery of production hardware and enginesTravel is no more than 10%Qualifications You Must Have:BA/BS degree in Engineering or other Technical Field preferredA minimum of 8 years of Program Management, Contracts, or Operations experience required.U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.Qualifications We Prefer:Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and TeamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skillsPrior F135 operations or program office experienceExperience interfacing with external customersLearn More and Apply Now!Please ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
