Responsibilities As Food & Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible for all food and beverage production and service as directed by hotel/company leadership, supervise our front of house and back of house TEAM for our Bistro and bar, as well as banquets when applicable for the property. This leader must create an exceptional climate of professional and personable service that ensures the engagement of employees, guests, and owners. Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety, sanitation and alcohol standards. Requirements 2+ years’ of food and beverage supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment Hilton brand experience is beneficial Banquet and Catering background preferred Schedule flexibility is a must, as this leader will support all shifts of the food and beverage operation Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation Strong organizational and time management abilities Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently T.I.P.S. and ServSafe certified Full availability is required, must be able to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays $25.00 per hour In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form (Form I-9) upon hire.
