Executive Recruiter

We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Recruiter to join our Professional Services Division, supporting industries including Technology, Media, Real Estate, Legal, Non-Profit, and Consumer Goods. This role focuses on placing high-quality contract, temporary, and consulting talent across a variety of non-financial services industries. What You'll Do Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary and consulting roles Partner closely with Business Development to understand urgent and ongoing client staffing needs Source, screen, and qualify candidates for contract, project-based, and interim assignments Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates ready for immediate deployment Coordinate interview processes and provide candidate coaching Manage offer negotiations, onboarding, and start logistics Maintain accurate activity tracking in ATS Deliver a high-touch candidate and client experience throughout What We're Looking For 2+ years of agency recruiting experience (temporary/contract staffing experience strongly preferred) Experience recruiting within non-financial services industries (corporate functions, healthcare, tech, operations, etc.) Ability to move quickly and prioritize in a high-volume environment Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Competitive, goal-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency #J-18808-Ljbffr
