Procurement ManagerPilatus is hiring a Procurement Manager to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining supplier performance in accordance with agreed contractual terms and real-time business needs. The primary focus is resolution of issues that require face-to-face onsite presence, on short notice and over an extended period of time. The position is expected to be forward-thinking and to recommend and implement strategies for improving supplier performance and meeting production and customer support requirements. Take your career to the next level with Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd.Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesAssists with proactive and successful management of assigned suppliers within the North American supplier portfolioHold suppliers accountable to contractual obligations, commitments, and Key Performance IndicatorsSolves crisis and secures execution of recovery plans.Perform supplier risk analysis, develop and execute mitigation actions that protects Pilatus's production planCommunicate proactively with all Pilatus supply chain stakeholdersEscalate issues when needed according to roles and responsibilitiesTravel on short notice for in-person supplier visits as requiredSupport ongoing supplier management tasksBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and the procurement team in SwitzerlandCollaborate with internal departments and stakeholders, including leading projects and meetingsSupport tracking of supply chain KPIsParticipate actively in the improvement of procurement processes and management of cross-divisional projectsParticipate in special projects as requiredAct as liaison for procurement activities in European and North American Pilatus officesSkills/QualificationsMinimum B.S. in Supply Chain Management or equivalent; graduate degree is an advantageMinimum 5 years of experience in a supply chain and/or procurement role in the aircraft industryExperience with business intelligence tools and supply chain analyticsWillingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally, sometimes on short noticeAbility to develop relationships and interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders across varied business areasGood knowledge in lean principles and toolsExperience with ERP/MRP softwareProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)This position involves access to technology that is subject to U.S. export controls. Any job offer made will be contingent upon the applicant's capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.This is an individual contributor role with no direct people-management responsibilities.The hiring range is $68,000 - $94,000 per year. This range represents Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd.'s estimate of the compensation reasonably expected for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant skills and experience, education, job location, internal equity, market data, and business considerations. The hiring range may be modified in the future based on business or market conditions.
