Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and grow the social media presence for our portfolio of travel brands. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, storytelling, and digital innovation, with a proven track record of building engaged communities and driving brand awareness across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies for each brand within the company’s portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (including text, images, videos, and stories) tailored to each brand’s unique voice and audience. Use AI tools for faster, smarter content planning, caption writing, analytics, and optimization Schedule and publish posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize engagement and growth. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community across all brands. Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation and collaboration. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, customer service, sales) to ensure brand consistency and support campaign initiatives. Manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content to amplify reach and authenticity. Monitor industry and competitor activity to inform content and strategy. Assist in crisis management and reputation monitoring as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field. 3+ years of experience managing social media for multiple brands, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors. Strong understanding of major social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems. Specifically, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Linked In. Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus. Passion for travel and understanding of travel industry trends.
