En Legal en USA brindamos asesoría legal a personas y familias que necesitan orientación en momentos decisivos de su vida. Buscamos un(a) profesional con experiencia en ventas y excelente trato al cliente para ser el primer punto de contacto con nuestros clientes potenciales y convertir cada llamada en una consulta agendada con nuestro abogado. Sobre el puesto Serás responsable de gestionar llamadas entrantes y salientes, identificar las necesidades de cada cliente, presentar el valor de nuestras consultas legales y guiarlo en el proceso de agendar su cita. Trabajarás con metas claras de conversión, con el apoyo de un equipo legal y administrativo comprometido. Responsabilidades principales Atender llamadas entrantes y realizar llamadas salientes a prospectos y clientes existentes. Calificar prospectos, entender su situación y recomendar el servicio adecuado. Presentar con claridad y seguridad el valor de la consulta y concretar el agendamiento de la cita. Manejar objeciones y dudas de forma profesional y empática. Procesar pagos de consultas y confirmar las citas con el abogado. Dar seguimiento constante a prospectos que no han agendado y a citas programadas para reducir cancelaciones. Mantener un registro detallado y actualizado de cada interacción en el CRM. Cumplir o superar las metas individuales y de equipo de llamadas, citas agendadas y conversión. Colaborar con el equipo legal y administrativo para garantizar información precisa y una excelente experiencia al cliente. Bilingüe español/inglés, con excelente comunicación verbal y escrita. Mínimo 1-2 años de experiencia comprobada en ventas por teléfono, call center de ventas o puestos con metas de cierre. Habilidad demostrada para negociar, manejar objeciones y cerrar ventas. Experiencia en el uso de CRM y manejo de un pipeline de prospectos. Experiencia en ventas de servicios profesionales (legales, inmigración, seguros, financieros, salud, etc.). Conocimiento básico de procesos legales o de inmigración, o gran disposición para aprenderlos. Conocimiento del mercado hispano. Horario de 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. (EST).
