• 24 or 48 hr shifts -- 2 x 24 hr shifts every 2 weeks; 4 shifts/month
• 4 - 8 patients; 28+ weeks gestation
• Low patient census
• Hospital setting -- hospital privileges required
• Procedures: deliveries, intubation, lumbar puncture, chest tubes
• PICC/UAC/UVC lines, vent management, resuscitation required
• NRP certification required
• Board certification required
