Licensed Security Shift Supervisor – Warehouse – 2 Shift Laredo Area Unleash your potential, make an impact! Hourly Range $20.80 per hour Shift Schedule Sat – Sun: 6pm-6am Wed – Fri: 2pm-10pm Location Pharmaceutical Warehouse Primary Duties Patrols, checkpoints, CCTV cameras, gatehouse The shift supervisor serves as the primary on‑site security leader for a designated shift, coordinating security staff, enforcing safety protocols, and preventing unauthorized access. Our supervisors work closely with warehouse management to integrate security measures into day‑to‑day operations. Ability to lead teams, make quick decisions, and communicate clearly with staff. You will be overseeing a team of 2-4 security professionals. This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time.
