Call Center Representative

Call Center Representative System One is hiring a Call Center Representative for a busy medical clinic in Tulsa! We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and enjoys helping people in a fast-paced healthcare environment. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls from patients and customers Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or staff members Provide general information and answer basic questions Assist callers in a professional and welcoming manner Document and log incoming and outgoing calls accurately Provide excellent customer service over the phone Support the clinic with additional front-office and call center duties as needed What We're Looking For At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred Previous call center, receptionist, medical office, or healthcare experience is a plus Strong communication and phone skills Professional and friendly demeanor Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and data-entry skills Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shift Location: On-site in Tulsa System One not only serves as a valued partner for our clients, but we offer eligible employees health and welfare benefits coverage options including medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life insurance, voluntary plans, as well as participation in a 401(k) plan.
