Payroll Specialist
Location: North Palm Beach, FL Employment Type: Full Time Experience Required: 1–3 years
About the RoleOur client in North Palm Beach, FL is seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Specialist to join their team. This full‑time role is ideal for someone with hands‑on payroll processing experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. They are multi-location company in the Construction industry.
ResponsibilitiesProcess payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for payroll laws, tax and withholding
Partner with HR and Accounting to resolve payroll discrepancies
Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review
Be point of contact for addressing employee questions regarding pay, deductions and tax withholding
1–3 years of payroll processing for accounting or HR
Associates ro Bachelor's Degree preferred
Strong knowledge of payroll systems like Workday, and strong Excel software skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
