Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Install new HVAC equipment and systems according to industry standards.
- Respond promptly to service calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC service.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with local codes and regulations related to HVAC systems.
- EPA certification is a plus.
