Pay Rate: $40-43/HR on W2 Hours: M-F | 8-5 (flexible) Remote/Hybrid/In-person: Partially Remote - For the first 23 weeks, the resource will report onsite for training. Once they are fully trained, they will transition to a hybrid setup, reporting onsite 12 days per week and working from home for the remaining days. Location: 1025 Lenox Park Blvd, Atlanta GA

Job Function/Responsibility Sheet - Manage a portfolio of 200+ active wireless telecommunications projects, overseeing full lifecycle from application intake through lease execution and construction readiness. Serve as a key operational lead across leasing, regulatory, and construction workflows, ensuring alignment across multiple internal teams and external stakeholders. Review and approve complex co-location and modification applications, ensuring compliance with lease terms, zoning, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate site sketches, structural analysis, and market approvals, reducing processing delays and maintaining SLA adherence. Drive pricing analysis and approval processes, supporting lease negotiations and revenue optimization. Collaborate directly with AT&T corporate real estate teams to secure approvals and maintain project momentum. Support lease drafting and execution, ensuring accuracy of exhibits, compliance documentation, and contractual alignment. Identify process gaps and develop operational frameworks (job aids, workflow distribution) to improve team efficiency and scalability.
