Learning Program Manager

The Learning Program Manager role will report to the Employee Experience Hub as part of the Talent & Development Experience team. This role will work closely with the Learning Delivery managers to ensure an excellent experience for associates attending our customized programs.

What You'll Do for Us:

• Maintain and support flagship Learning Programs including Stepping Into Leadership, Core Leadership Development, and Change Management 201.
• Assist with coordination and production of Coca-Cola's global onboarding program (AOCX).
• Participate in cross-functional work routines, documenting sprint planning and project needs.
• Oversee and coordinate milestones and deadlines, effectively communicating team progress and task statuses.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues.
• Enhance project management methodologies, including developing templates, guides, and system improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3+ years of project coordination/management experience in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience leading projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and various business/technology groups.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of project management concepts and techniques.
• Effective communication skills with personnel at all levels.
• Proven leadership and team-driving capabilities.
• Passionate and quick to learn new technologies.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to challenging situations.
