We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Contract Bartender to join our team at Island Shrimp Co. located at 4602 Millridge Parkway, Midlothian, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks
• Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• Relevant training certificate
