Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our growing team during a high-volume hiring period. This role will be responsible coordinating candidates for various roles across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Schedule interview debriefs with hiring managers to gather and relay concise feedback
- Create and post job descriptions across various platforms.
- Schedule interviews.
- Provide weekly updates and reporting on recruiting metrics and progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of supporting a Talent Acquisition team, preferably in a fast-paced or high- tech environment.
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions at once.
