Chief of Staff

Partner with the Vice President and leadership team to align priorities, shape strategic initiatives, and drive execution across the organization. Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and follow-through. Establish and manage the operating rhythm for the organization, including planning cycles, business reviews, leadership meetings, and performance tracking. Serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders, helping teams develop, refine, and execute their approaches to achieving business objectives. Drive cross-functional alignment, prioritization, and decision-making to focus resources on the highest-value opportunities. Improve leadership effectiveness by coordinating initiatives, facilitating communication, and enabling informed decision-making. Identify and remove organizational friction points that hinder collaboration, execution, or business results. Develop and implement measurement frameworks that connect marketing and brand initiatives to meaningful business outcomes. Requirements Global Perspective: Knowledge of issues, opportunities, and challenges for conducting business in the international marketplace; ability to apply global perspectives appropriately in a wide range of situations. Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan. Consulting: Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; ability to apply consulting knowledge appropriately. Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of \"big picture\" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization. Visioning: Understanding of the value of articulating an intended business outcome and ability to create and communicates a vision of the organization that motivates others to superior performance. Stakeholder Management: Knowledge of stakeholder management techniques; ability to systematically identify stakeholders, analyze their needs and expectations, and implement various tasks to engage with them. Consulting Process & Tools: Knowledge of consulting process; ability to engage in planning sales, conducting research and analysis, finding solutions and preparing recommendations. Strategic Leadership: Progressive experience in marketing, brand management, strategy, consulting, or business operations for a enterprise company Experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) or Chief Communications Officer or similar executives Proven ability to translate corporate strategy into actionable marketing and brand initiatives. Strong understanding of global market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.
