Key Account Manager – Pulp & Paper & Water Industries Responsibilities Identify and win new opportunities while expanding existing accounts. Lead technical programs: monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize treatment systems for performance and efficiency. Build strong relationships: serve as a trusted advisor to operations, engineering, and procurement teams. Own account success: manage revenue, pricing, contracts, and customer satisfaction. Deliver results: present insights, drive improvements, and support customers in achieving operational goals. Champion safety & compliance across all customer sites. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of chemical experience within an industrial setting. Strong hands‑on troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Proven ability to build customer relationships and grow accounts. Excellent communication and technical reporting skills.
