Registered Pharmacist

Supporting operational strategies and goals, the full-time salaried Registered Pharmacist will conduct Prior Authorization reviews for Medicaid and Marketplace medications, engage with providers, and collaborate with pharmacy staff in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Participate in Prior Authorization reviews by applying formulary management and clinical guidelines Provide written communications to members and providers regarding PA decisions Assist pharmacy technicians and call center staff to ensure operational efficiencies Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred Minimum of three years of retail pharmacy experience preferred Minimum of one year of managed care or Medicare experience preferred Current, unrestricted Registered Pharmacist (RPh) licensure required Ability to acquire additional state licenses as necessary
